IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read carefully.

The customer understands and agrees that:

  • FadTech Telecom as a RESELLER does not warrant and have any control of Service Provider’s services.
  • NO FREE TRIAL, NO WARRANTY signal coverage in your area.
  • Japan nationwide use only.
  • UNRETURNED, LOST or DAMAGED device ($150.00) & Full Charger ($30.00)
  • Rental Daily/Weekly – $50.00 deposit. Rental one month and counting – $100 deposit

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • SWAPPING is allowed, if and only there’s a problem with the device.
  • Declined Credit Card ($15) & Check / Bank ($35) or Unpaid Bills, Immediate temporary service suspension may apply and during suspension of service, you still be charged monthly.
  • Penalty charge applies for early cancellation. (for 6 months only)
  • Deposit security (Only for Monthly Plans) & Activation fee will be applied for 6 months plan only.

CANCELLATION:

  • Cancellation of service, the device, and full power charger must be returned otherwise, automatic renewal will apply.
  • Cancellation means accounts are cleared from any debts.
  • A full refund if no calls usage, please await 2-3 weeks. This gives time for the cellphone provider to send us your last call usages. Ex. August 1-31 (Billing/Refund on Sept 15)
  • Penalty charge applies for EARLY CANCELLATION ($250.00 or convert to monthly plan and $100.00 Security Deposit will not be refunded for 6 Months) Unit Deployment Program or Temporary Duty Travel Not Exempted.

BILLING:

  • I authorize Fad Tech to charge my credit/debit card or my bank and may disclose information by notifying my Sponsor / Supervisor / other government entities authorized by law to collect delinquent bill/debts due to my account.
  • Your basic fee will be automatically charged on your renewal date.
  • Every middle of the month, calls usage will be automatically charged.
