Establishment
Established in 1997 by Ms Rose Liggayu-Raymundo to offer affordable solutions designed for all Japan SOFA-Status personnel especially short-term, visiting family/friends including liberty stays.
2002
American Chamber of Commerce
Selected as member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Okinawa in July of 2022.

Special Events Committee Chairperson
Began to serve as Special Events Committee Chairperson for 2005 and 2006
