ETC Terms & Conditions

Red ETC Card

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The customer understands and agrees that:

  • Up to 30% OFF during ETC Promo/Campaign on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese Holidays
  • Activation fee (Y2800 plus 10% tax) for registration. (Pay by credit card)
  • Deposit ($300.00) for security purposes. (Pay by credit card)
  • Your 1st BILLING will be after 2months

*****WARNING:*****
Fadtech is a RESELLER company and responsible to pay your bills on time. Any unpaid bills, or failure to update your credit card or bank information, YOUR ETC Card will be DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. Replacement of new card is REQUIRED and may take 2-3weeks to order. A fee of Y3,500 for a new card will apply.

MONTHLY BASIC FEE:

  • Monthly Basic Fee Y1,000
  • 10% Handling Fee added to TOLL Fee
  • 5% Surcharge for Credit Card payment (Waived in auto-debit from Checking Account)

Requirement: Credit / Debit Card and VOIDED check for payment. ETC Card Reader.

  • Question: I would prefer to pay my bills by credit card, why does Fadtech need my VOIDED Check?
  • Answer: If Declined, your ETC card will be permanently suspended. To avoid suspension of service, Fadtech will pull payment directly from your checking account. In the event that your service is suspended, Fadtech has to reissue a new ETC card and charge another Y3,500 plus tax.

BILLING:
PENALTY

  • Declined Credit Card payment – $15.00
  • Bounced Checking payment – $40.00
  • Unreturned ETC Card – $50.00


    WARNING:     Immediate PERMANENT suspension of service will apply. A suspended ETC card cannot be reactivated.
    Please request a REPLACEMENT and pay another Y3,500 for the registration fee.

  • Billing is due every 1st day of each month.
    Example: Billing cycle: RED CARD: Sign up from Sept 8th – Oct 7th, (1st bill on Dec 1)
    SILVER CARD: Sign up from Sept 1-30 (1st bill on Nov 1)
  • Additional Japan Tax will apply.

AUTHORIZATION:
I authorize Fad Tech to charge my credit/debit card or my bank and may disclose information by notifying the Sponsor/Supervisor or other government entities authorized by law to collect delinquent bills/debts due to my account

  • It is at (my) customer’s account to lend an ETC card to another party, accounting for all expenses to the registered
    payment account with Fad Tech.
  • Swapping is allowed, if and only there’s a problem with the ETC card.

DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit of $300.00 is to secure a two-month service fee in case of early contract termination. Any remaining
balance of the refund will be processed back to checking or credit account.

CANCELLATION:

  • Cancellation of service, ETC Card must be returned. Otherwise, Y1,000 will be automatically charged every
    month.
  • Cancellation means; accounts are cleared from any debts.
  • A security Deposit of $300 may be used to pay off the remaining upcoming bills. (Discretion of Fadtech)
