Galaxy Pocket Wifi

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

The customer understands and agrees that.

  • The device and internet service are for JAPAN USE ONLY.
  • FadTech Telecom as a RESELLER does not warrant and have any control of Service Provider DATA services.
  • NO FREE TRIAL, NO WARRANTY signal coverage in your area.
  • NO Data Overage Fees
  • UNRETURNED, LOST or DAMAGE device and accessories($150.00) Paid Damaged or Lost and Found Devices cannot be owned by a customer, for this is under contract with our provider.
  • A LOST or DAMAGED device, if a customer requests for a replacement, has an additional charge of ¥2,800 activation fee above the $150.00 device fee (depending on the availability in each store).
  • OUTSTANDING BILLS – your device may be SUSPENDED immediately. During the suspension of service, the monthly basic fee will be charged and may terminate your account AUTOMATICALLY, and you will be charged $150.00 for not returning the device.
  • For lost or Stolen devices must be reported to us immediately for service suspension
  • 72 hours to notify FadTech Telecom of a special request to change the billing date and for credit card updates
    to avoid penalty fees. ($15.00 penalty will apply for declined transactions.)
  • An additional fee of $10.00 for reactivation from a suspended internet service due to unpaid bills.

SUSPENDED SERVICE: DUE to Unpaid Bills:

  • (Option A – Cancel) – Settle unpaid bills and cancel. New charges will apply for opening a New Account. Deposit will be transferred.
  • (Option B – Wait for Re-Activation) – Once a bill is settled and paid in full, Fad Tech will request a reconnection of service with our PROVIDER. Reactivation of service will be based on our Provider’s
    schedule and may be done the following day or the next couple of days.
  • (Option C – Activate another device) – Depending on the availability of a pocket WIFI, we can activate another device to swap/exchange for a fee of ¥2,800 to avoid the wait.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • SWAPPING is allowed, if and only if there’s a problem with the device.
  • Tampered device, Lost SIM card fee ($30.00) + Activation Fee (Y2,800 + TAX).
  • A Declined Credit Card has a fee of ($15.00) & Check / Bank ($35.00) or Unpaid Bills, Immediate temporary service suspension may apply and during the suspension of service, you still be charged monthly.
  • Security Deposit is required for Galaxy Pocket Wifi plan.

CANCELLATION:

  • Cancellation of service, GIVE US A CALL when dropping at FadTech’s DROP BOX. Equipment must
    be returned. Otherwise, automatic renewal will apply.
  • Off Base Delivery or Pick up, Return/Cancellation ON BASE STORES ONLY.
  • Cancellation of service means accounts are cleared from any debts.
  • The security deposit will be refunded and used for payment after accounts are cleared from any debts and/or any disputes and refute of both parties.
  • Security Deposit refunds for a minimum rental of less than or to month will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • For more than one-month rental, please wait 2-3 weeks for a refund/credit balance. This gives time for the service provider to send us your usage bill, and it will be deducted from the deposit, or the deposit will be used to settle your last bill.

BILLING:

  • I authorize Fad Tech to charge my credit/debit card or my bank and may disclose information by notifying my Sponsor / Supervisor / other government entities authorized by law to collect delinquent bills/debts due to my account.
  • To charge my basic fee automatically on the renewal date.
  • To charge any exceeded data limit.
