- 5GB per DAY 5G/4G/LTE Monthly data Plan Only
- Rent on a daily, weekly, and monthly plan
- Maximum of 11 users per device
- WARNING: Do not switch to Plus Area. An additional $20.00 will be charged for using the Plus Area (15GB High Speed)
- No Data overage fee will be charged
- UNRETURNED, LOST, or DAMAGE device and accessories fee is $180.00
- A Declined Credit Card has a fee of ($15.00) & check / Bank ($35.00)
- Unpaid Bills, Immediate temporary service suspension may apply, and during the suspension of service, you still be charged monthly.
CANCELLATION:
- Return the complete set of the device to the store or the drop box. Notify us by phone, FadTech Facebook page, or by email.
- Cancellation of service means accounts are cleared from any debts.
- The security deposit will be refunded and used for payment after accounts are cleared from any debts and/or any disputes and refute of both parties.
- Security Deposit refunds for a minimum rental of less than or to month will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- For more than one month of rental, please wait 2-3 weeks for a refund/credit balance. This gives time for the service provider to send us your usage bill, which will be deducted from the deposit, or the deposit will be used to settle your last bill.
